This letter is to notify the NRC of changes to the Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence List of Owners, Officers, Directors, and Executive Personnel for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station submitted by the above reference. The changes are the following:

Reilly, new Vice President, effective 12/15/2005 Ms. Barbara A. Reeves, Vice President, retired effective 12/31/2005 Edison International Officer:
Mr. Michael U. Alvarez, new Vice President, effective 12/01/2005 Accordingly, Mr. Harold B. Ray has executed NRC Form 136, "Security Termination Statement" and Standard Form 312, "Classified Information Nondisclosure Agreement."
Therefore, cancellation of the NRC Level L Security Clearance for Mr. Harold B. Ray is requested.
