On November 28, 2005, Duke Energy supplemented the Application with (1) the names, addresses, and citizenships of fifteen people, ten of whom will be selected to serve on the Board of Directors for the new Duke Energy Corporation (New Duke Energy)- (in Attachment A);
(2) the names and addresses of principle officers of New Duke Energy (in Attachment B); (3) the name and title of the senior executive to whom the Chief Nuclear Officer will report; (4) the names of principle officers of Duke Power LLC (Duke Power) (in ww*ukepower om adssa
U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission December 14, 2005 Page 2 Attachment B); and, (5) a confirmation that at least 90% of the Board of Managers of Duke Power will be U. S. Citizens.
Duke Energy further supplements its August 5, 2005, Application to confirm that (1) the principle officers of New Duke Energy and Duke Power previously identified are all U. S.
Citizens and (2) a significant majority of all principle officers of New Duke Energy and Duke Power will be U.S. Citizens.
