Duke Energy Corporation McGuire Nuclear Station Units 1 and 2 License Numbers NPF-9 and NPF-17 Docket Nos. 72-38, 50-369 and 50-370 Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI)
The McGuire Nuclear Station is currently loading spent nuclear fuel into NAC-UMS dry cask storage systems as controlled by Certificate of Compliance number 1015, Amendment number four.
In accordance with 10 CFR 72.212(b)(1)(ii), Duke hereby registers the use of cask serial number OOFCTKNO031 in overpack number "MN-VCC-008.1 Loading of the NAC-UMS cask was completed and placed on the ISFSI pad on December 2, 2005.
