INDIAN POINT NUCLEAR GENERATING UNIT NO. 3 - CORRECTION TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS (TAC NO. MC3552)
Dear Mr. Kansler:
By letter dated March 24, 2005, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued License Amendment No. 225 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-64 for the Indian Point Nuclear Generating Unit No. 3 (IP3), which approved a power uprate and relocated certain cycle-specific parameters from the Technical Specifications to the Core Operating Limits Report.
However, there were typographical errors on Pages 4 and 6 of the Amended Facility Operating License and Page 3.3.1-13 of the Technical Specifications. Also, by letter dated April 6, 2005, the NRC issued License Amendment No. 226 to IP3. There was an administrative error on Page 3.4.16-1 of the Technical Specifications. Enclosed are corrected Pages 4, 6, 3.3.1-13, and 3.4.16-1. Please replace the pages from the Amended Facility Operating License and Technical Specifications with the pages enclosed with this letter.
