Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station (PVNGS)
Units 1, 2, and 3 Docket Nos. STN 50-52815291530 Quality Assurance Program for Radioactive Material Packages No. 0567 In accordance with 10 CFR 71.38, Arizona Public Service Company, on behalf of itself and other participants in the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, hereby requests a renewal of the Quality Assurance Program for Radioactive Material Packages, No. 0567.
The previously approved PVNGS 10 CFR 50, Appendix B, Quality Assurance Program was approved for transportation activities on March 22, 2001 (Approval No. 0567, Revision 4, Docket Number 71-0567). This approval will expire on March 31, 2006. The program is implemented as described in the PVNGS Updated Final Safety Analysis Report, Chapter 17.
