This letter withdraws the Southern California Edison relief request ISI-3-10, revision 1, which was submitted to the NRC on January 14, 2005 (Reference). Relief request ISI-3-10 was submitted as a contingency and is not required at this time. SCE may resubmit a similar request at a future date.
