ANNOUNCEMENT OF MANAGEMENT CHANGES AT NINE MILE POINT AND CALVERT CLIFFS BY CONSTELLATION ENERGY
Subject:
On December 7, 2005, Constellation Energy announced the following management changes at Nine Mile Point and Calvert Cliffs: George Vanderheyden will be promoted to Sr. Vice President Constellation Generation and President of Unistar, a new reactor consortium. Mr. Vanderheyden was previously the Site Vice President of Calvert Cliffs. James Spina has been assigned as the Site Vice President at Calvert Cliffs. Mr. Spina's prior assignment was Site Vice President at Nine Mile Point. Timothy O'Conner has been assigned as Site Vice President at Nine Mile Point. Mr.
O'Conner's prior assignment was Plant Manager at Nine Mile Point. Constellation will make additional announcements of management changes next week.
