On behalf of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), I wanted to express our sincere appreciation for your assistance in supporting the recent public meetings on the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station (OCNGS). Your willingness to provide facility space and the outstanding support of your staff enhanced the publics opportunity to participate in our license renewal process.
The NRC staff intends to hold a second public meeting to discuss the Draft Environmental Impact Statement related to the OCNGS license renewal application in June 2006.
