Dear Sirs:
Via reference 1, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC or Commission) issued an Order to APS that modifies the current operating licenses for PVNGS Units 1, 2 and
- 3. The Order is immediately effective and requires compliance with specified additional security measures for the independent spent fuel storage installation (ISFSI) as stated in an attachment to the Order.
Information In this record was deleted in accordance with the Freedom of 1nfor`ation Act, xemPtons 3 FBIA.

Federline Response to 20 Day Request and Answer to Order for Implementation of Additional Security Measures Associated with Access Authorization and Report of Full Compliance Page 2 The Order requires a 20-day response to Conditions B.1, B.2 and C.1 of Section III of the Order. Enclosure 1 to this letter provides that 20-day response for APS. Enclosure 2 is a description of the actions being taken by APS to comply with the Order.
This response also reports full compliance with the order as required by Condition C.2 of Section IlIl of the Order. Enclosure 2 to this letter describes the method of compliance.
