Dear David Vito,
My safety concerns with PSEG Nuclear has been processed through the Corrective Action Process and PSEG Nuclear Employee Concerns Program. PSEG has concluded that I have no valid concerns with TARP procedure adherence, its alignment to the Emergency Plan and team qualifications and all actions taken against me were appropriate. An independent QA review I requested was denied.
Based on previous management actions taken against me, which resulted in suspension of employment and threats of employment termination, I will not pursue this issue out to fear of retaliation at this time. I am currently researching my options and rights as a nuclear worker and need additional time to do this.
Therefore, I would appreciate that my safety concerns not be closed out at this time.
In the mean time, If the NRC has concerns with the TARP procedural compliance, its Impact on the station's emergency plan and a safety conscious work environment, please independently address them through PSEG Nuclear management.
