Revision 1 of the plan was effective August 31, 2005.
TVA is submitting this revision to incorporate changes recommended by NRC based on resolution of Security Frequently Asked Questions (SFAQ) 05-03, Armed Responders, SFAQ 04-09, Vehicle Barriers System Compensatory Measures, and SFAQ 04-04, Channeling Barriers Compensatory Measures.
In addition, Appendix C, pages C-42 and C-48 have been revised to clarify the definition of delay barrier system.
