Ginna Nuclear Power Plant Docket No. 50-244 Response to Request for Additional Information: February 2002 Order. Section B.5.b In documents listed as References (a), (b), and (c) in this letter, the three Constellation Generation Group, LLC, licensees responded to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) letter dated February 25, 2005, "Staff Guidance for Use in Achieving Satisfactory Compliance with the February 25, 2002 Order, Section B.5.b." In References (d), (e), and (f), the NRC requested additional information based on the responses. The additional information requests are classified as safeguards information.
Reference (g) requested a written response from Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station by September 26, 2005.
Part of this request 'was superseded by a teleconference between D. Williams of the NRC and M. A. Korsnick of Constellation Generation Group on September 1, 2005 in which it was agreed that a common response for all three licensees would be due by October 1, 2005.
Attachments 1, 2, and 3 to this letter are the responses to the NRC requests for Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station, and R. E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant, respectively. These attachments are classified as safeguards information.
There are no new regulatory commitments contained in this submittal.
NOTE: THE ATTACHMENTS TO THIS LETTER CONTAIN "SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION" AND MUST BE PROTECTED ACCORDINGLY. UPON REMOVAL OF THE ATTACHMENTS, THIS LETTER IS "DECONTROLLED."
