MCGUIRE NUCLEAR STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2 RE: CORRECTIONS TO AMENDMENTS NOS. 230 AND 212 (TAC NOS. MC5876 AND MC5877)
Dear Mr. Peterson:
By letter dated August 23, 2005 (Agencywide Documents Access Management System Accession No. ML052300622), the Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff issued Amendment No. 230 to Renewal Facility Operating License NPF-9 and Amendment No. 212 to renewed Facility Operating License NFP-17 for the McGuire Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2. However, the format of the Technical Specification (TS) page was incorrect. As written, it inadvertently eliminated paragraphs from the TSs. The error was administrative in nature.
Enclosed is the corrected page (Page 5.6-4) of the Appendix A TS. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused. If you have any questions, please contact me at (301) 415-1447.
