On January 9, 2003, 01 initiated an Investigation (01 Case No. 1-2003-010) nt claim of discrimination. On July 25, 2003, the case was closed and Issued as substantia ad.

On September 22, 2003, a RegloD I All g n Review Board (ARB) was held wherein DRP advised the ARB that a review ofI eptember 2nd information package had been completed andjthat no new technical Issues were identified.
