0912212003: In a letter to the NRC, dated December 20, 2002 Senior Engineer, Salem/Ho! Creek Generating Stations (Salem/H oprCiee PS LC (PSEG), advised that on had raised a concern regarding procedural non-compliance with the

laimed that as a result of raising the concern, several adverse actions were taken
