0912212003: In a letter to the NRC, dated December 20, 2002 Senior Engineer, Salem/Ho! Creek Generating Stations (Salem/H oprCiee PS LC (PSEG), advised that on had raised a concern regarding procedural non-compliance with the
-5 esessmenit Response Plan (TARP) via PSEG's Corrective Action Program.
laimed that as a result of raising the concern, several adverse actions were taken
~i~iincluding suspension of employment and threats of a poor performance a raisal.
On January 9, 2003, 01 Initiated an Investigation (01 Case No. 1-2003-010) Into claim of discrimination. On July 25, 2003, the case was closed and issued as unsubstantiated.
In a September 2, 2003, supplemental Information package to the NRC ndicated that PSEG was sowing a continuing pattem of discrimination sincis taking medication that preclude m belnon the TARP team (the Medical Department at PSEG Is aware of the medicatldnYeb, received an unsatisfactory mid-year performance appraisal on August 28, 2003 On September 22, 2003, a Region I All n Review Board (ARB) was held wherein DRP advised the ARB that a review of.September 2nd Information package had been completed that no ne technIli se were Identified.
