Crystal River Unit 3 - "Test Report for Florida Power Corporation-Crystal River, 6HND-134 Building Spray Pumps" - Revision 20

Dear Sir:

Florida Power Corporation, doing business as Progress Energy Florida, Inc. (PEF), hereby submits the subject report to support the Reactor Building Sump pilot program that is currently ongoing at Crystal River Unit 3 (CR-3). Although both the title and signature pages of the subject report (Attachment A) state that the information contained in the report is Proprietary, the vendor who created this report no longer considers the technical content of the document Proprietary in nature. Therefore, the information contained in Attachment A may be entered into the CR-3 Docket.

Attachment B is a CR-3 calculation for net positive suction head for the Building Spray and Decay Heat Systems and is also not Proprietary.

No new regulatory commitments are made in this letter.
