Document Control Desk Duke Energy Corporation McGuire Nuclear Station Units 1 and 2 License Numbers NPF-9 and NPF-17 Docket Nos. 72-38, 50-369 and 50-370 Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI)
By letter dated March 31, 2004, the NRC amended Certificate of Compliance number 1015 for use of the NAC-UMS dry cask storage system at McGuire Nuclear Station.
In accordance with 10 CFR 72.212(b)(1)(ii), Duke hereby registers the use of cask serial numbers "OFCTKNO12" and "OFCTKNOOl" with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
Loading of these NAC-UMS casks were completed and placed on the ISFSI pad on July 22, 2005 and August 2, 2005, respectively.
