This proposed TS amendment was submitted on an emergency basis.
Following a telephone discussion between Duke Energy Corporation and the NRC on July 28, 2005, Duke Energy Corporation is providing this letter to state that the proposed amendment no longer needs to be reviewed by the NRC on an emergency basis.
Based on the discussion, the proposed amendment will continue to be reviewed by the NRC on a normal priority.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.91, a copy of this letter is being sent to the appropriate State of South Carolina official.
