Lacey Township High School 73 Haines Street Lanoka Harbor, NJ 08734 PURPOSE:
The NRC received an application from AmerGen Energy Company, LLC, dated July 22, 2005, for the renewal of the operating license for Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station. The purpose of the meeting is for the NRC staff to provide information describing the license renewal process and how the public can participate. The agenda for the meeting is attached. Information on the license renewal process is available on the NRCs Web site at www.nrc.gov/reactors/operating/licensing/renewal/applications.html.
CATEGORY 3:*
This is a Category 3 Meeting. The public is invited to participate in this meeting by providing comments and asking questions throughout the meeting.
