This letter provides the Monthly Operating Reports for June 2005 for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Units 2 and 3 (see Attachments 1 and 2).

Please note that Amendment No. 195 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-1 0 and Amendment No. 186 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-15 for SONGS Units 2 and 3, respectively, have been issued by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission on May 10, 2005. In the future, as required by these Amendments, the operating data for SONGS Units 2 and 3 will be submitted electronically on a quarterly basis via the Consolidated Data Entry (CDE) system.
