Refueling cavity drained to Rod Latch Height, and Rod Latching in progress.
Look-ahead #1: When Rod latching complete; Gain one point for Reactivity and Containment.
Look-ahead #2: When Cavity drained to < Rod Latch height, we will lose I point for Core Cooling (go YELLOW) and one point for Containment (go Yellow) and one point for Inventory (go YELLOW).
