Reactivity and Containment are YELLOW for upper internals lift. After the upper internals lift is completed, Reactivity and Containment will turn GREEN. Sump B is being credited for INVENTORY with'only one makeup path available. RWST level is

<16% so the only REACTIITY path is through the BAST's and the P-2C pump and AUX. CHG. lines. INVENTORY flow path is through the RMW/BAST's through the P-2C and AUX. CHG. lines.
