n/a GIVE A BRIEF EXPLANATION OF ANY CHANGE IN SAFETY ASSESSMENT THAT TOOK PLACE:

Core Cooling and Inventory changed to GREEN once reactor cavity water level reached the rod latch height, 4/22 @ 1830 (verification completed at 1945).

Reactivity and Containment Key Functions both changed to YELLOW upon start of Control Rod Unlatching, 4/23 @ 0201.

Reactivity and Containment will return to GREEN upon completion of rod unlatching and then again turn YELLOW for upper internals lift.
