EDWIN I. HATCH NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 - WITHDRAWAL OF LICENSE AMENDMENT REQUEST (TAC NOS. MC0667 AND MC0668)
Dear Mr. Sumner:
By letter dated September 2, 2003, you applied for an amendment to the Edwin I. Hatch Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2, Renewed Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-57 and NPF-5, respectively. The proposed change would have modified the facility technical specifications pertaining to the allowing of fuel movement with inoperable refueling interlocks. The proposal was made to incorporate the guidance of Technical Specifications Task Force Change Traveler 225, Revision 2. Subsequently, by letter dated June 25, 2005 (NL-05-1025), you withdrew the amendment request.
The purpose of this letter is to advise that the above cited application is being treated as withdrawn. Notice of Consideration of Issuance of the proposed amendment had not been published in the Federal Register.
