Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station (PVNGS)
Units 1, 2, and 3 Docket Nos. STN 50-5281529/530 Revised Individual Monitoring Reports for 2004 (NRC Form 5)
APS submitted the Individual Monitoring Reports for 2004 on April 26, 2005, pursuant to 10 CFR 20.2206. During the data verification requested by Oak Ridge Associated Universities (ORAU), an error was identified in the original PVNGS 2004 REIRS Data file.
The total exposure to the facility remained unchanged, however, a worker was inadvertently omitted from the original submittal. Upon discovery of the error, ORAU was notified that the original PVNGS data was incorrect and revised data was forthcoming.
That data was submitted using http://www.reirs.com on June 1, 2005.
