Box 236, Hancocks Bridge, New Jersey 08038.0236 JUN 0 3 2005 SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION LR-N5-0302 PSEG U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission NuclearLLC Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555 SALEM-HOPE CREEK INTEGRATED SECURITY PLAN: PHYSICAL SECURITY, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATION, AND CONTINGENCY PLANS, REVISION 1 SALEM AND HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATIONS DOCKET NOS. 50-272, 50-311 AND 50-354 FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NUMBERS DPR-70, DPR-75, AND NPF-57 Pursuant to the requirements of IOCFR50.54(p), PSEG Nuclear, LLC, (PSEG) hereby submits Revision 1 to the Salem-Hope Creek Integrated Security Plan: Physical Security, Training and Qualification, and Contingency Plans. A summary of the Revision 1 changes to the Plan is included. In accordance with the requirements of 10CFR50.54(p)(2), the changes have been determined not to decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan. The attached Security Plan is considered to be Safeguards Information in accordance with the provisions of 1 OCFR73.21.
On February 1, February 4, and February 15, 2005, PSEG submitted letters to the NRC delineating interim measures that would be implemented while our Security protective strategy was beiig reviewed and the associated project plan was being implemented.
The review of our protective strategy has been completed. The results of that review have been incorporated into the attached Integrated Security Plan; therefore, the commitments made in the referenced letters are superceded by the attached Integrated Security Plan.
In accordance with 10CFR50.4(b)(4), the signed original and three copies are being sent to the Document Control Desk and two copies are being sent to Region I.
