The NRC sirens expert is Bob Kahler (301-415-2992). He is expecting your call. However, since we did not know of your specific questions in advance (which we assume pertain to Oyster Creek), I have asked Mr. Kahler to only talk in generalities about sirens and their role in nuclear emergencies. If you have specific questions, MR. Kahler and I would be glad to get back to you after he had heard your questions.
