It's our understanding that Region I will send a special inspection team out to Millstone Unit 3. They will be looking at the circumstances surrounding the situation, to include impacts to the steam generators.
That said, I've discussed the situation with Emmett and Ken. Both point out that this type of situation is less challenging to the Westinghouse SGs, then to the CE and B&W designs. From their perspective, the loads experienced across the SG tubes are expected to be bounded by the main steam line break analysis in this situation.
