As supervisor of Antonio Fernandez, I am writing to update you on Mr. Fernandez professional licensing status. On April 11, 2005, by the enclosed order, the Court of Appeals of the State of Maryland rescinded its 2003 decertification order regarding failure to file a pro bono report. On April 14, 2005, by the enclosed order, the Court of Appeals of the State of Maryland

Administrative Judge April 19, 2005 rescinded its April 2003 decertification order regarding failure to pay dues. Therefore, as of April 14, 2005, Mr. Fernandez has been reinstated by the State of Maryland as a licensed attorney in good standing.
