Inspection Scope Commitment/Plans Lower Head (4/6/04) 100 % visual (VT-2) of bare head. Will use VT-2 qualified people.
Upper Head (4/10-15/04) 100 % visual (VT-2) of bare head 100 % UT of all penetrations (including leak path verification), with the exception of vent line.
Penetrant examination of vent line.
WE - Contractor inspecting two SGs.
Predict 59 AVB in SG 1A.
Predict 29 AVB in SG 1 B.
Deepest flaw (wear) left in service tube 35,56 at 27% predicted to reach 39% max.
100% full length bobbin 50% of hot leg tubes at top of tube sheet (+/- 2 inch) by MRPC Plus Point 50% of row 1 U-bends MRPC Plus Point.
Special interest MRPC Plus Point as required.
