SUBJECT:
DOCUMENTATION OF RECEIPT OF EXAM COMMENTS FROM FACILITY LICENSEE FOR BEAVER VALLEY INITIAL OPERATOR LICENSING EXAM Region I conducted an initial operator licensing examination at Beaver Valley Units 1 & 2 during the week of February 28, 2005. The licensee administered the written exam on March 7, 2005.
The facility licensee submitted comments on the exam on March 11, 2005, with expected delivery to Region I on March 14. The package was never received at the Region, and the facility licensee mailed a duplicate package on March 18. This second package was received in Region I on March 21 and delivered to the Chief Examiner on March 22, 2005.
All affected tracking dates for the Beaver Valley exam should be adjusted to reflect the receipt of facility licensee comments on March 22, 2005.
