(DNC) and Virginia Electric and Power Company (Dominion) submitted a revision to the respective station's Quality Assurance Program for NRC review and approval. In letters dated September 8, 2004 (Serial No.04-314), and September 15, 2004 (Serial No.04-325),

DNC and Dominion submitted requests for amendments in the form of changes to the respective station's technical specifications associated with the revision to the Quality Assurance Program.

In facsimiles dated February 24, 2005, and March 10, 2005, the NRC forwarded requests for additional information (RAI) related to the DNC and Dominion submittals. Attachment 1 of this letter contains the response to the RAI dated February 24, 2005 and Attachment 2 of this letter contains the response to the RAI dated March 10, 2005. Enclosure 1 of this letter contains replacement TS pages as described in Attachment 2. Enclosures 2, 3, 4, and 5 contain the marked up and replacement Nuclear Facility Quality Assurance Program Description and Discussion Documents, respectively.
