LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Region IV Training Conference Room 611 Ryan Plaza Drive, Suite 400 Arlington, TX 76011-4005 PURPOSE: This is a meeting between the NRC and Arizona Public Service Company to discuss corrective actions for performance issues associated with an inspection finding resulting from licensee changes to emergency action levels at Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station.
