Docket No. 50-413-OLA, 50-414-OLA

Dear Administrative Judges:

I am the supervisor of Antonio Fernandez. This is to notify you that Mr. Fernandez, who had entered an appearance as Counsel for the NRC Staff in this case, recently advised me that in April, 2003, he was decertified as a licensed attorney in Maryland for failure to pay bar dues.

I am not aware that Mr. Fernandez is, or has been, a member of the bar of any other state or

Administrative Judges April 8, 2005 licensing jurisdiction. Mr. Fernandez has been directed to take necessary action to become an active member in the bar of a State, D.C. or other licensing jurisdiction. He has stated his intent to do so.

Respectfully submitted,

/RA/
