Brunswick Steam Electric Plant, Unit Nos. I and 2 Docket Nos. 50-325 and 50-324/License Nos. DPR-71 and DPR-62 Radioactive Effluent Release Report for 2004 Ladies and Gentlemen:
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.36a and Brunswick Steam Electric Plant (BSEP) Technical Specification 5.6.3, Carolina Power & Light Company, now doing business as Progress Energy Carolinas, Inc. submits the enclosed Radioactive Effluent Release Report for BSEP, Unit Nos. 1 and 2. This report covers the period from January 1, 2004, through December 31, 2004. During the reporting period, changes were made to the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (ODCM). Therefore, in accordance with TS 5.5.1, the Radioactive Effluent Release Report includes a complete copy of the ODCM, Revision 28, in.
