RE: Region I Fire Protection Findings and C02 system problems John, I'm not sure that you can view this, it's an .OCR file but it has an excellent description of the methodology locations for manual actions from both inside and outside the control room. This Is for Oyster Creek. I recommend saving this file to your hard drive and openinig it. The inside e-mail version is not format friendly. This file is 84 pages or so. There may be more on the docket.

Eva, Your point about access to the procedures isfinally beginning to sink In, i.e., It's tough to do - have to have permission, etc. Would other documents, such as those related to a plant's fire protection program, fire hazards analysis, fire safe shutdown analysis, etc. have to be treated the same way? Seems like NRC would have these kinds of documents on record.

Just wondering, John

RE: Region I Fire Protection Findings and C02 system problems Gents, Although referenced in Inspection reports, the control of those procedures and how they are used isstill the purview of the licensee. This Iswhy we are asking permission. Itwould be Inappropriate for us to use a document given to us for inspection to use it for a different purpose without prior approval.

Infomaton Inthis record was deled inaccordance with the Freedom of Intorma8 on Act exemption_

There are some OpManAx Inspection reports that may be of Interest. They're available on the NRC site under power plant Inspection reports by plant name and report # (e.g.,
