By letter dated July 29, 2004, Mr. Paul Blanch and Mr. Arnold Gundersen submitted a Petition pursuant to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 2.206 of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC) regulations with respect to the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station. The Petition has been reviewed by the NRC staff and the staffs proposed Directors Decision (DD) on the Petition is enclosed.
