2 On 03/01/2005 a reduction in power was in progress in preparation for shutting down to repair a steam leak on the II Moisture Separator Reheat (MSR) Drain Tank vent line. Turbine vibration was noted to be increasing.
and continued to increase until it reached the manual trip criteria. The reactor was manually tripped from 15%
power at 0043. The 11 MSR Drain Tank vent line was replaced. The reactor was taken critical and the unit was paralleled to the grid on 03/02/2005 at 1019. No problems or vibration issues were noted on the startup and loading of the Main Turbine.

SUMMARY
OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE March 2005 The unit began the month at 30% reactor power in the process of shutting down to repair a steam leak on 11 Moisture Separator Reheater Drain Tank vent line.
On 03/02/2005 at 0016 Turbine vibration was noted to be increasing. At 0039 vibration was at 10 mils and increasing. The reactor wvas tripped at 0043 from 15% power.
The 11 Moisture Separator Reheater Drain Tank vent was replaced and the unit was started up from Mode 3. The reactor was critical on 03/02/2005 at 0028 and the unit was paralleled to the grid at 1019.
Reactor power was returned to 100% at 2000.
The unit continued to operate at 100% power for the remainder of the month.

SUMMARY
OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE March 2005 The unit began the month in mode 6.
The following significant work was completed during the month:
Reactor was refueled.
Reactor vessel head was inspected.
Alloy 600 inspections were completed.
Plant heat up and start up were performed and the reactor was critical on 03/14/2005 at 1526. The unit was paralleled to the grid on 03/15/2005 at 0312. Reactor power was increased and reached 100% on 03/17/2005 at 2250.
The unit operated at 100% reactor power for the remainder of the month.
