I have reviewed NUREG-1437, Supplement_23, drat (Generic Environmental Impact Statement for License Renewval of Nuclear Plants, Supplement 23, Regarding Point Beach Nuclear Plant Units I and 2, Draft Reportfor Comment). I find that the supplement has acceptably evaluated the environmental impacts of license renewal for the Point Beach Nuclear Plant. I recommend that the report be issued as final.
