This letter confirms the conversation between Graham Davenport of your staff and George Hutto of this office on March 15, 2005, concerning for April 27, 2005, at 3:00 p.m (EDT) at the Oconee Complex Building Auditorium, Oconee Nuclear Station, 155 East Pickens Highway (Hwy 183) Seneca, SC 29672.

The meeting notice, which provides additional details, is enclosed. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the NRC Reactor Oversight Process Annual Assessment of the Oconee Nuclear Station.
