Dear Mr. Peterson:
This letter confirms the conversation between Kay Crane of your staff and Joseph Brady of this office on March 15, 2005, concerning for April 19, 2005, at 1:00 p.m (EDT) in the McGuire Office Complex Auditorium, Building 7422, at the McGuire site in Huntersville, NC. The meeting notice, which provides additional details, is enclosed. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the NRC Reactor Oversight Process Annual Assessment of the McGuire Nuclear Station.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's Agencywide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS).
