Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report for 2004 Enclosed with this cover letter is the Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report for the period January 1 to December 31, 2004. This report includes the Oyster Creek Independent Spent Fuel Storage Facility. Also enclosed is the revised Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (ODCM) along with documentation required by OCGS Technical Specification 6.19 to provide; (1) justification for the changes, (2) a determination that the changes did not reduce the accuracy or reliability of the dose calculations or setpoint determination and (3) documentation that the changes have been reviewed and approved.
