SALEM AND HOPE CREEK STATIONS - EXECUTIVE REVIEW BOARD COMMITMENTS
Dear Mr. Lochbaum:
This letter responds to your letter of January 28, 2005, in which you expressed concern about PSEGs implementation of their Executive Review Board (ERB) for personnel actions taken at the Salem and Hope Creek stations. The NRC is also concerned with PSEGs inconsistent implementation of the ERB process because of the potential to adversely impact the work environment at the stations. Accordingly, the NRC issued a letter to PSEG on February 17, 2005, [ADAMS Ref. ML050460321] in which the NRC requested PSEG provide additional information to allow the NRC to assess the impact on the work environment at the stations.
Following completion of the NRCs review of this matter, we will inform you of the results.
