By letter dated March 31, 2004, the NRC amended Certificate of Compliance number 1015 for use of the NAC-UMS dry cask storage system at McGuire Nuclear Station.
In accordance with 10 CFR 72.212(b)(1)(ii), Duke hereby registers the use of cask serial number I"0FCTKN009" with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
Loading of this NAC-UMS cask was completed on January 23, 2005 and placed on the ISFSI pad.
