Semi-Annual Fitness-For-Duty (FFD)

Program Performance Data report for July 1, 2004 through December 31, 2004. This report is submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 26.71 (d). includes summaries of management sanctions imposed, actions completed to improve the program, events reported to the NRC, and our random testing rate. Attachment 2 contains the standard FFD data forms for Surry Power Station, North Anna Power Station, lnnsbrook Technical Center (Corporate), Millstone Power Station, Westinghouse Electric Company and Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO).
