Review Team review of videos being completed I,

RADCAL Nozzles UT of 60 CRDM nozzles (no known defects)

UT of the RPV nozzle from 2" above the highest point of the root of the J-weld to the blind zone.

UT scans of CRDM nozzles being finalized 60 of 60 nozzles inspected 60 of 60 analyzed by Entergy (Note 1)

Nozzle 61 confirmed to require repair. Repair of nozzle 61 underway.

UT of six FTI repaired UT the weld and at least 1-inch above the weld in UT scans of FTI repaired CRDM nozzles complete CRDM nozzles (Nozzles the nozzle base material.

6 of 6 FTI repairs inspected 3, 6, 15, 17, 33, & 56) 6 of 6 analyzed by Entergy No indications identified.

UTiWS of two W repaired UT of the RPV nozzle from 2" above the highest UT scans of W/ repaired CRDM nozzles complete.

Walkdowns RCS leaks boric acid leaks from pressure-retaining 18 of 18 pressurizer/CFT nozzles inspected components. Inspect other A600 RCS small bore 14 o14 hot leg nozzles inspected locations (OP 2311.009).

13 of 13 Cold Leg nozzles inspected No indications identified Final boric acid inspection above the service structure to be performed Note 1: Entergy will finalize confirmation of the freespan length below the weld in accordance with Entergy's Order Relaxation request of February 11, 2004 (CNRO-2004-0008).
