REQUEST FOR WITHHOLDING INFORMATION FROM PUBLIC DISCLOSURE
Dear Mr. Ray:
By letter dated December 27, 2004, Southern California Edison requested that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission withhold from public disclosure the new Lists of Owners, Officers, Directors, and Executive Personnel (OODEPs).
We have reviewed your request and conclude that disclosure of the new OODEPs would constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy. Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of 2.390(a)(6) of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, the NRC staff will withhold the OODEPs.
You should understand that the NRC may have cause to review this determination in the future, for example, if the scope of a Freedom of Information Act request includes your withheld information. In all review situations, if the NRC makes a determination adverse to the above, you will be notified in advance of any public disclosure.
