Gentlemen:

Reference (A) (the MDBT Order") requires implementation of revised Security Plans at nuclear power reactor facilities including the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 2 and 3 (SONGS 2&3). SCE has now fully implemented the approved revisions to the SONGS Security Plans to protect against the DBT described in Attachment 2 to the DBT Order and as described in Reference (B).

This letter serves as the report required by Condition ll1.C of the DBT Order.
