Dear Mr. Gannon:
This letter confirms the conversation between Mr. Leonard Beller of your staff and me on December 8, 2004, concerning a Category 1 Public Meeting, scheduled for January 28, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. EST. The purpose of this meeting, conducted at your request, is to discuss performance of the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant. The location of the meeting will be at the Region II Office, Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center, 61 Forsyth Street SW, Atlanta, Georgia, in Suite 24T20 30303-8931. The meeting will be an open meeting in accordance with NRCs Policy Statement for Enhancing Public Participation in NRC Meetings, May 28, 2002 (Federal Register Volume 67, Number 102, 36920-36924). The details on the meeting are described in the enclosure.
