Dear Mr.Lohaus,

In Reference 1,we asked the ACRS to review specifically Entergy's request to take credit for containment overpressure to demonstrate the adequacy of its emergency core cooling and containment spray pumps at proposed uprated power conditions, as part of ACRS's review of the proposed Vermont Yankee power uprate. We also asked that Vermont be allowed to present on this issue before the Sub- and Full-Committees considering Vermont Yankee power uprate.

ACRS responded to us in Reference 2 that Vermont will be able to present to the Committees on the containment overpressure assumption.

We have identified the following NRC or NRC-referenced documents that we need in order to prepare for our ACRS presentation, and therefore we request that copies of these documents be provided to us. We haved searched the ADAMS system to the best of our abilities but cannot locate these documents on the system. If these documents are on the ADAMS system, we will be happy to retrieve them if provided the reference to them (please include the ADAMS accession number)..
